Why is there a shipping charge to California?

Our products are shipped from our facility in Chicago, Illinois. California, being one of the farthest destinations in our delivery network, incurs higher shipping costs.

Additionally, our customer base in California is not as large as in other regions, which means we haven’t yet established a shipping operation closer to California that would allow us to offer free shipping.

We are always evaluating our operations, and if our customer base in California grows significantly in the future, we may be able to offer free shipping then.

Shipping carriers like UPS and FedEx regularly adjust their rates based on several factors, including the distance a package travels, current fuel costs, the size and weight of the package, and overall delivery demand.

While we have always strived to offer free shipping whenever possible, the rising cost of shipping—combined with our already small profit margins—makes it increasingly difficult for us to continue covering the full cost for deliveries to California.

To ensure we can keep our product prices fair and maintain the sustainability of our business, a shipping charge may apply to orders shipped to California.

We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter and want to assure you that we are always working diligently to keep shipping costs as low as possible for all our customers.
